Oats - 1cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Rava - 2 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Green Chillis - 3 finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch chopped
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt as required
Oil
Fry and grind the oats.
Method
Mix all the above ingredients in a big bowl. And add water. Let is sit for 20 minutes.Except oil.
Heat a non stick pan, pour batter and spread it in a circular motion as you do for normal dosa. .
