Pasta

Ingredients:
1 pack pasta
2tbsp oil
2 cups pasta sause
1/2 onion
1/2 spring onion
Method:
Take pan add water,salt,oil and boil for 10 mins.then add pasta to the water and cook for 15 to 20 mins. 

Take another pan and add oil then add onion,spring onions and fry them. then add pasta sause.cook for 5 to 10 mins.
Then add pasta and salt and mix well.

South Indian Sambar

Ingrediants:
2 cups yellow toor dal   
1bunch curry leaves
1 onion
6 green chillies
1 tbsp red chili powder
3 garlic
2tbsp sambar powder
2tbsp rasam powder
1tbsp mustard seeds
1tbsp cumin seeds
4tbsp oil
1large onions
salt to taste
tamarind juice
1tbsp turmeric powder
coriander leaves

Vegetables for sambar
carrots
okra
mulakkada(Drumstick)

Alu Optionl


 Method:
Take dal into a pressure cooker and add water,salt,oil,green chilies and cook for 3 whistle.

 
 
 
 
Then take off the lid and pore tamarind juice in to the dal.


Then add ,sambar powder,rasam powder cook for 10 mins.
 

 Then add salt, ,red chili powder,coriander powder,curry leaves,add all vegetables carrots,okra,mulakkada and mix well and cook for 20 mins.
 






Popu:
Take a small pan and add oil,cumin seeds,mustard seeds, and onions,green chilies,turmaric powder and mix well .


Now take this popu to the sambar and mix well. now add coriander leaves.

Serve with rice

Beans Curry

Ingredients :
1 bunch of beans
2 tomatos
3 green chilies
1 chopped onion,
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 cumin seeds
1 tbsp turmeric,
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Red chillie powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
Salt to taste.







Method:

 Heat oil in  a pan, add mustard,cumin seeds.When jeera starts spluttering add chopped onions,green chillies,turmeric and mix well
 





Now add chopped tomatoes ,then turn it down to a low heat and cover the lid cook till becomes soft.
Then add beans to that tomato paste and mix well. and cook for 15 mins,
 
Now add salt and red chili powder,cumin powder.and mix well.




 Serve with rice or roti.
