Pizza

Pizza

Ingredients:
Pizza dough (store bought )
Cheese
Sauce
Pizza baking pan
Oil spray
Toppings:

Peppers
Mushrooms
Onions
Olives


Take baking pan then put pizza dough and  Spread the sauce and sprinkle some cheese.


 Arrange the all the toppings and add the cheese again to cover the toppings.

Preheat the oven for 300 degree and bake for 15 mins till the base and the cheese turns golden brown. Then cut the pizzas with pizza cutter and enjoy pizza.

Alu Pakora


Ingredients:
2 Potato, sliced.
1 cup besan 
1 cup Water
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp chilli powder
Pinch of baking soda
Salt to taste.
Coriander leaves
Oil for frying

Method:
In a bowl mix besan with coriander leaves, red chilli powder, green chili, coriander powder, salt  and soda then add water slowly and mix. Make smooth batter by adding water.

Heat the oil in a wok. Turn flame to medium heat once oil is hot. Dip a slice of potato in the besan and then fry slowly. You can fry 8 Potatos at a time.


Oats Dosa


Oats - 1cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Rava - 2 tbsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Green Chillis - 3 finely chopped
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch chopped
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt as required
Oil


Fry and grind the oats.
 

Method
Mix all the above ingredients  in a big bowl. And add water. Let is sit for 20 minutes.Except oil.
 

Heat a non stick pan, pour  batter and spread it in a circular motion as you do for normal dosa. .
